Details: Put gravel or bricks or cement blocks at the bottom to level the ground. Please kindly note, if you want that top step from stringer to deck surface to match the height of the stringer steps. Cut treads 10.2“ wide or a litter wider than 10.2', fasten them from treads top or screw from underneath. You may need professional tools to tighten screws underneath because of the holes location. Use a level on a tread to mark the exact desired height of holes in the side of the deck. Get the stairs level front to back and side to side. Use lag bolt for fixing the stringer to the side of the wooden deck. Or use expansion screws to fix the riser to the concrete deck.
