It's heavy-duty 1.2 horsepower motor spins a 20” stainless steel feather plate at 275 RPMs to swiftly pluck feathers and remove debris from a properly scalded bird. The Yardbird has an integrated irrigation ring and includes a Y-valve that connects to and splits the incoming garden hose helping to flush plucked feathers out of the plucker through the oversized discharge chute. The extra large wheels help maneuver the unit to and from storage with ease and help create an extra stable 4-legged platform that is open in front allowing for the use of a feather collection bucket.
